1. University of Wisconsin-Madison
Another year has passed and the University of Wisconsin – Madison is among the top party schools again, but this time atop the list. Libraries are empty on game days as the heavy majority of students pregame and tailgate for sporting events regardless if they are attending or not. On non-game days, students still find a reason to party, so this ranking is hard-earned. Students here hit the books hard, though, as the average entrance ACT score is 31, but they hit the booze even harder if you’ve been on social media. With the success of its athletics programs and immense amount of snow during its long winters, Badgers have good reasons to celebrate. Obtaining a degree from this highly renowned university wouldn’t be a bad thing to celebrate, either.
